Why do you ship with UPS?

Currently UPS has the lowest rates for 2 lb packages which is the normal weight of a sinle kit.

How is my shipping calculated?

UPS calculates the shipping cost by package dimensions, package weight & shipping distance with an added fuel surcharge.

How long does UPS take to reach me?

We ship via UPS Ground which is the most cost-effective one to five business days delivery with 90% of UPS Ground packages delivered in 3 days or less.

When do you send out your kits?

Your kit will ship within 3 days of your completed purchase. All kits (except for Factory Direct) ship from our studio here in Maine.

Can I track my order when it ships?

yes, you will receive a tracking email, you can access a tracking page, and the order view page in your account section.

Do you Ship Internationlly ?

Yes, we ship internationally with the technology company Zonos who manages all cross border requirements & regulations.

Will I owe any duty, taxes or fees upon delivery?

No, all duties, taxes and fees will be shown to you at checkout clearing the way for all landing cost to be paid upfront thereby speeding up customs clearance and reducing any delay causing issues.

We Currently DO NOT ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. If your country isn't available on the homepage or at checkout we are currently not shipping to that location.
