Factory Direct Kits Shipping Policy

All factory direct domestic & international orders ship free including international duties and customs fees.

Cancellation

Your kits are made to order and customized just for you. You have 48 Hours to make any changes or cancel your order. After 48 hours your kits are in production. No changes or cancellations can be made.

Production Time

The factory intends to produce your kit within 2 days of receiving your custom order with the stipulation that a high volume of factory orders will extend that time. There is no guarantee on time frame

Tracking Number

The tracking number for your order will be sent to you to keep track of your kits location & delivery information.

Shipping Delays

World events, weather emergencies, worker strikes, supply chain shortages and other unpredictable situations can delay the estimated delivery date of your order.

Chinese Holdiays

Our factory continues to manufacture kits during the Chinese New Year holiday however there will be no shipping January 23, 2025 - February 4th, 2025.
