Why Blank Charts

When your factory is a world away and your product is unseen until it travels a month on a container ship to your door, you are completely vulnerable and at the mercy of what comes out of that shipping box, if the products even reach you at all. Twice, from two different factories, I have experienced employees breaking away with my money after I paid for my order, going to another cheaper factory to make a cheaper product and pocketing the difference. Just recently an employee from the signature factory I have used for years said my regular contact no longer worked at the factory and he was my new contact. Afraid of being ripped off again, i treid and tried to find her but she was gone. He ran off with my order and still owes me over $400. He is long gone. After alerting the owner of the factory that this employee stepped out on his own and is doing business under their name and asking how they were going to protect me going forward, they refused to take anymore of my orders. I had purchased my kits from them for years and now I was no longer safe, trust was broken and the option to continue making kits with this factory that had become my signature canvas was gone. It was a loss of product identity I grieved and toss and turned over for some time. It is a foreign culture I don't understand. It is a culture of deception, deceit and ruthlessness I don't trust and am not protected from. That is not a gamble I am so willing to take at this point in time.
